More like a diary, this blog will tell about my journey in the military.

From the very beginning, the military service just felt like something I wanted, needed to do. Not purely because of patriarchy, though, that much I can admit. I wait for the upcoming challenges and overcoming them, learning and generally growing up.
Surely the military training won't be a walk in the park, but I'm more than ready to take it on. The overall experience will be worth it - I'm sure of it.

Surprisingly, it won't be possible for me to update that frequently. However, I'm hoping I will be able to write down all the most memorable happenings and possibly slide in some small happenings too.

Let’s begin

Today was the day when I turned in my application for the military. Now I can only wait for the invitation for the actual choosing process which will be held in April.

Turning in that application was already a bit of an adventure. Admittedly I got a bit lost when heading to the military office, and the huge warning signs of trespassing weren’t really that encouraging. In the end, I had to pick up my phone and call the office to ensure where I was supposed to go. Just in case.
All’s well that ends well, I found my way to the office.

Not really that glorious beginning, but what can one do? I just hope I didn’t look like a stalker while I was wandering around.
